Poject Manager M&A

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Project Manager to join a very important international consultancy company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing M&A projects from start to finish and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities will include oversight of the entire M&A process, from due diligence to integration, leadership of cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables and conduction of market and financial analysis to identify potential M&A targets.

Will support the negotiation process and draft deal documentation, develop and implement integration plans to ensure a seamless transition, provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders and manage relationships with key external partners and vendors.

Location: any city in Europe

• Experience in the entire process of M&A projects (target search, valuation, due diligence, closing, post merger integration).
• Ability to understand a client's business, identify key challenges and opportunities, and develop a sound strategy to address them.
• Native German.
• Advanced English.
• We value proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
