MobileCore Network Engineer

We are looking for a Mobile Network Engineer to participate in the Network team of a very important German company located in Uruguay and LATAM. Will take part in troubleshooting and investigatiing mobile core solutions and help with all-around connectivity.

Key requirements

• Solid experience with Troubleshooting & Investigation with/around Mobile Core network.
• Practical experience with troubleshooting of customer issues related to connectivity.
•  Experience with following protocols SS7, Diameter, GTP, TCP/UDP.
• Experience with following Core network elements HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, PGW, SMSC, PCRF, OTA.
•  Good understanding of mobile network procedure call flows (national/international);
• Basic experience with Linux systems and Linux administration.
• Hands-on Experience with IoT, MVNO projects.

Extra

• Familiarity with IoT.
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk etc.).
• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus.
